The themes of the theoretical work sessions are as follows:

New Theoretical Grounds in Art Education
With the exhibitions and panel discussion that are going to be held under the main title “Art Academies / Universities of Southeast European Countries: Trans- Form in Art Education”, art education given in a close geographic area met on the same platform and the project open up new possibilities of academic collaborations. The title was established concerning these main points: “Trans” comprises concepts like change, transfer, transform, transition, border and thus suggests ideas like passing the borders, breaking the boundaries. “Form” is the common subject of study for every art university.
The series of exhibitions and panel discussion provided important developments and new perspectives for future artists and art education in an international context.
The second event of the Organization which will be undertaken each year by a different University will be hosted by National Academy of Art – Sofia in 2011.
